My 2025 wedding packages start at $2,900, which includes six hours of coverage. If you’re considering me for your special day, I would love to set up a meeting at my home studio. During our time together, I’ll walk you through the entire wedding photography process, share my portfolio, albums, prints, and other products, and answer any questions you may have. I’d also love to hear all about your vision and the unique style you're hoping to achieve as a couple.
If you're located outside the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, I’m happy to arrange a Skype call to discuss your needs. I also offer custom wedding packages for destination weddings, both in the U.S. and internationally.

I offer a range of event sessions, including, but not limited to, first birthday celebrations (Dol), anniversary milestones, and other significant occasions. To ensure I can fully accommodate your needs and provide an exceptional experience, I kindly recommend reaching out at least three months in advance. This allows ample time for thoughtful planning and guarantees availability, as I often receive a high volume of inquiries.

Starting in 2025, I’m excited to offer family portraits and mini-sessions! My mini-sessions will be held twice a year—once in the spring and again in the fall—on select dates and at designated locations. For family portrait sessions, I recommend booking at least two months in advance to allow plenty of time for planning and coordination. Simply fill out the 'Contact Us' form, and I’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
While I would love to offer maternity and newborn sessions to new clients, these services are currently available exclusively to my existing clients. Thank you for your understanding, and I can’t wait to connect with you soon!

Rachel’s photography journey began in 2008 when she started assisting other photographers to develop her skills. In 2011, she officially launched Belle’s Dream Photo & Design with her lifelong partner, Steve Lee, and opened her own studio. Over the years, Rachel has had the privilege of working with over 250+ couples and families, capturing their most meaningful moments and creating timeless images that hold deep emotional value. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience, seeing how her work can preserve memories that last a lifetime. In 2025, Rachel rebranded her photography business, expanding her role to not only serve as a photographer but also as an educator, helping aspiring photographers turn their passion into a successful career.
How long have you been in business?
Rachel has had the honor of photographing over 100 couples and more than 120 weddings, from intimate ceremonies with just 45 guests to grand celebrations of up to 500 attendees. Her extensive experience spans both indoor and outdoor venues, capturing beautiful moments in every kind of weather—from sun-kissed afternoons to rainy or snowy days. Whether in a vineyard, hotel, church, cathedral, museum, restaurant, or historic site, Rachel’s expertise shines through, ensuring every unique location enhances the story of each couple's special day.

Rachel has had the privilege of photographing over 150 families, capturing their precious moments in a wide range of settings. From her cozy home studio to clients’ homes and a variety of indoor and outdoor locations, she brings creativity and warmth to every session. Whether it’s sunny, rainy, or snowy, Rachel has worked with families in parks, gardens, downtown areas, historic sites, and even at personal landmarks that hold special meaning. Rachel recommends booking your wedding photography between 8 to 18 months in advance, as schedules tend to fill up quickly, particularly after the January and February bridal shows. On average, most couples finalize their bookings within two weeks following their complimentary consultations.
For event and family sessions, due to high demand, Rachel suggests booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow ample time for planning, including selecting the perfect outfits for your family. To ensure the best outdoor experience, spring and fall are ideal seasons for scheduling your session, offering beautiful weather and natural light.
